The application interface is user-friendly and runs smoothly, but the constant advertisements can be a bit of a nuisance, especially since there's no option to skip them. On the sales support front, Sayed truly shines. His upselling skills are impressive—I initially intended to rent a Sunny, but thanks to Sayed, I ended up with a Chevrolet Groove. I really appreciate his efforts in calling me back to secure my booking. Big thanks to Sayed for his outstanding service!

On my first reservation I received an old and damaged car, thankfully the assistance from the mechanic was good enough but I had to call him 4 times in 1 month, for my second reservation I paid for a better car with a really expensive down payment and I clearly told the agent to add the SD pro insurance which was not added, after I review the invoice I saw my insurance was not there I requested again to be added and they said yes but once again the insurance was not added, I received my car and now they are asking me to go to the office if I want to add the insurance, such a horrible service, and of course is a 6 months rental they don’t want to refund me and cancel my reservation, find another rental option in Bahrain, don’t use this app

I would to say that your company idea is a very interactive, i like it ,, good prices ,, good customer service.

I have contact the customer service line , and Mr Sayed who handle my request from A-Z and he has provide me with the all necessary details. He was kind and cooperative person.

Im very recommend to deal with with them 👍.
