Very glitchy and bad customer service
Very bad chat feature. Ordered an item it is taking 4 days to deliver for a local delivery.

Poor app support
Horrible horrible app support. I purchased an Apple TV for my friend’s birthday and the amount got deducted from my credit card immediately. After 5 days the item was still not delivered. I tried to contact support and they only replied the next day informing me it will be delivered within 2 days. Nothing after 2 days and the birthday passed. Contacted them again, no reply via app support. Tried calling customer support and issued a complaint and was told they will call me back, after 3 days no call back. Contacted customer support again and that’s when they told me the item is out of stock and I paid for something that is not available. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and the fact that I was sold an item that’s not available and told it will be delivered and they ruined the birthday present and caused inconvenience for me. Again, they said they will call me back to solve the issue but nobody called. Called the next day to speak to a manager and was told they will check if it’s in stock but no call back and no confirmation , after 2 days the order was cancelled from their side and took a month for the amount to be returned. No apology no owning to their mistake and complete waste of time and energy for me. Avoid this app

Bad Customer service and my purchase
Customer service is very very bad .. i ordered the tv on Friday and they said it will take 2-3 days to be delivered .. i called today to check where is the item now they replied that the item is out of stock .. i already purchased the item and paid via the credit card and they said 3-4 days of work for the amount to be credited to my account . Why? They are not informing the customer and update the website regularly and how come the item is out of stock and i already paid for it and it is already shown the item is available ..Really really bad customer care . I want my money back!.
