Why app change ?
Original app was appreciated more than new, customer app - and as we have 2 systems installed on separate building in different regions, having 2 apps available was convenient.
Not appreciated now that original app not available anymore as we are consumer, not related to installing equipment.
So what data are being withheld / mNipulated in new app compared to original version?!

Thank you for reaching out to us. mySolarEdge contains all the info the SolarEdge app does and has many more capabilities. Please uninstall the old SolarEdge app and open mySolarEdge using the red app icon that is dedicated for system owners.
