65% WRONG ORDER

I ordered 29 lip tint/stick through the website and paid $230 in total. When the shipment arrived 13 of them were correct and 16 were just duplicated orders! I have 3-4 shades of each lipstick. I am confident that I have selected the shades properly on the website, without any duplicates, without a mistake in the quantity. My guess that there is some technical error in the website that doesn’t specify the selected shade but it lags on just one among the collection. Now to think of it, the shopping process wasn’t smooth, and no it’s not my device as I online shop all the time. Never have I ever had a wrong order like this before. I seek the website searching for customer service email but I don’t find any, there is only international number that whenever I dial it it just doesn’t go through. I tried using more than one phone and it’s the same result. I talked to them on IG yet to receive a reply. Extremely frustrated. I rate it 0/10 طلبت ٢٩ احمر شفاه على الموقع وصلني ١٣ حبة صح و١٦ منهم مجرد تكرار للسابقين. كل قطعة مكررة ٢-٤ مرات! انا متاكدة اني طلبت بشكل سليم على الموقع، دايما اشتري اونلاين ولا مرة صار عندي خلل بالطلب. اذا موقعهم فيه خلل فهذي المشكلة تحتاج لحل عاجل، بس غير معقول ان طلبي ب٢٣٠ دولار يروح سدى! ما عندهم خدمة عملاء للتواصل، تقييمي لهم صفر من عشرة
