I believe tabby is one of the wonderful payment apps out there. It makes it so easier to make payments in installments, especially when its very difficult to buy things at high prices. Wonderful experience so far. I had made all my major purchases using tabby and paid it all in installments even before their due dates. It would be great if the installments duration can be made with an option of upto 6 months.

i tried to purchase an item an electric bike but it was rejected many time so i tried to contacting customer service and they told me to purchase a cheaper item first for credit score something like that and i don’t understand why should I do that if I don’t want to purchase anything but the item that i want which i can afford to pay it monthly and i can not afford in 1 payment so for me this is none sense at all and this application has the information of my national ID already so I don’t really know what’s the point of using this app if I want to buy something then they will reject and try to force me to buy a different item which i don’t want to purchase

As a user its confusing to use and unfair when it comes to the clarity of payment regulations.
Started with 70bd worth of item and it declined
Secondly an item worth of 10 bd and it also declined not mention preventing me from any transaction for three months.

They say that i should start with something smaller so i could build up some credit with them, but what is the minimum requirement? They have no idea what so ever. And you know why? Because its an Ai integrated system in which it chooses whom to trust and whom not to.

Any transaction feels like gambling, its 50/50 percent chance either you get what you want or get banned fro 3 days, months, and most probably years.

Support agents are amazing, however they are more confused than us as users.

A bad experience, it felt like i am dealing with an indie developers, the system regulations are built just to solve one problem that they faced back when they started and now it feels as if they gaslighting other issues just for the sake of not having to deal with it.
