Description
Tekntool Asset Recovery Form is designed to create a service ticket for the installed printers,PCs or any other devices which needs to be serviced/repaired.
This ticket will be sent to Trintas company and their technicians will be resolving the issues based on ticket summary and other details as added in the ticket .

Bug fixes and performance improvements:
1.Label changes for serial numbers.
2.Added new replacement serial number field
In printer and pc.
3.Changed the tracking number for the printer as ‘defective printer tracking number’.

5. Added an option to delete an user account and below are the steps
Step 1: Open the mobile application
Step 2: Enter valid credentials.
Step 3 : On the home page, click the user profile menu.
Step 4 : Click the profile icon to navigate to the profile for account deletion.
Step 5 : Click the “Delete Account” button to get the confirmation popup for user account deletion.
Step 7 : if you click the “Yes” then you will receive a message “Account deletion operation is completed successfully.” After deleting the account, you will be logged out and navigated to the login page.
