NEEDS LIVE TRACKING
its a great app and very easy to use, BUT it lacks the most important feature that is LIVE TRACKING, this is my absolute favorite feature in TALABAT, this way i can check on the order and know whether the restaurant is late with my order or the delivery driver is.... its been 1 hour and 15 mins and my order has still not arrived!! If this was talabat then i could easily check where the delivery driver is, the ONLY reason i use the app is for promotions and offers, otherwise i would NEVER use this app because it doesnt have live tracking... its 2:46 AM and i cant do anything but wait.. i tried calling the number provided in the app but there’s no answer

Terrible App
The order took long, didn’t update whether the order got out or not, the driver calls from a number that the WhatsApp doesn’t belong to him and asks for location, the location goes to a WhatsApp that’s not active, this is the worst app order I’ve ever made and I’m deleting the app on the same day I downloaded it, great job Texas chicken for losing customers and having the worst app possible👍🏻.
PS: anyone that’s gonna make an order, never pay in advance cause you won’t receive your order, and if you do it’s probably an hour or two late, which is useless at this point.
Horrible application
Application doesn’t work, constantly giving me the message “Order must be placed 20 minutes in advance” and no matter how many times I try to change the timing, it doesn’t allow me to continue. And when I called the budaiya branch to place an order, he told me I was not able to use any promotions and it’s my fault the application isn’t working as “it’s working fine for everyone else”. Horrible app, horrible service. Never ordering again
