Ver important message to app developers
Very very important thing Tod needs to fix is the “time out message” it is very very annoying and ruins the user experience. Many times while I’m watching, the message comes out and makes me click on the ok button. I would suggest you enforce a timer for more than 2 seconds or a smaller circle which doesn’t gets in the way of tv screen or blacks out the screen.
Poor customer service
I have only 3 devices registered. 2 iPhones and one Laptop. Now I am not able to watch the programs in the laptop because a message pop up that I exceed the number of devices…
I chat with Support Services through WhatsApp that is the only platform available and the operator told me: still you can watch on the 2 mobiles…
What a waste of time… no solutions at all
Scam Billing
They charge you for the month in advance but if you want to cancel, unlike normal services where you cancel before the next charge, they ensure you can't cancel unless you do so within the forst 15 days after you got charged.
To process to escalate further, no contact number to call. Just whatsapp support that repeats the same thing over and again.
