An Endless Driving Video Game
Are you a fan of the road-action movies of the ’70s? Then you won’t be able to get enough of #Drive.
This game ticks so many roadhog-loving boxes. There are no levels or enemies or boss battles to beat; it’s just wall-to-wall cruising, pedal to the metal – and your job is to keep on truckin’.
As pick-up-and-playable as they come, your car can be steered by careful taps either side of the screen, while holding down both thumbs pumps the brakes. You’ll cruise through a number of exciting locations, from the sun-soaked asphalt of the mountains to stunning snow-laden roads.
It’s not quite that easy, of course; there’ll be plenty of Sunday drivers meandering about and getting in your way, not to mention eagle-eyed cops looking to stop you in your fuel-guzzling tracks (if they’re in pursuit, look out for a handy doughnut stand).
Don’t let them distract you for long, though; the further you go, the better your score, so watch out for those collectible bottle tops. Keep an eye on both your fuel and damage gauges too – it’s up to you to decide when it’s time to make that all-important pit-stop.
