Fixed an issue with changing range of motion in certain modes

- New: Car game to drive around in!
- New: Challenging gameplay! Avoid bombs and for more dynamic training. Toggle them on or off using the UI.
- New: Train using the goniometer by setting sets/reps/rest.
- New: 3 new poses are now available when starting the training.
- Fixed: Stability improvements and bug fixes.
