When clients send you messages you can view them and respond in seconds. Waiting on a document from a client? Simply send them a reminder from your phone!
The SurePrep Mobile App Overview shows a list of the TaxCaddy clients you’re following and any messages they’ve sent. Simply tap the client’s name to view a list of all message threads for that client and any related documents. The SurePrep Mobile App allows you to work remotely, save time and improve client satisfaction by enabling you to quickly respond to client messages from your mobile device.
