What’s New
Version 2.1
We have made enhancements and bug fixes within Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app. New enhancements include limiting the use of symbols and special characters when creating a User ID for new registrations and receiving an SMS alert for every new fund transfer beneficiary created.
You can log in to your account as usual with your existing mPIN or touch/face ID. Your user ID and password are not required.

Problems signing in
During the sign in process, I was asked to enter a One time pin (OTP) to confirm my identity which would be sent to my phone number. I did not receive an OTP even after resending it and waiting 30 minutes and am therefore unable to access my bank account details.
Edit: The OTP was sent to my email instead of my phone number as stated in the app. Please fix asap
Complain on the new update app
I just updated the app today as it was requested. But afterwards, i couldn’t access into my bank acc information. Repeatedly only mentioned error and try again after 5 mins. Please fix it.
Error message
Called hotline with regards to unable to access to my bank information and they have no further advice to hyst clear cache and its still repeatin. Cant even access through website via iohone due to error1020. Yal better fix this
