Workout weights, sets and reps history are available for each exercise performed. Easily see your progress without the inconvenience of pen & paper.

Log your fitness progress with this easy to use app. Tailor your list of strength building exercises to meet your goals. Use Quick Edit between sets to adjust weight, reps & rest time.

Assign each exercise to one or many groups to fit your routines, e.g,, you may want to create groups Gym & Home or Upper Body & Lower Body. Create as many groups as needed to manage your exercises. You have complete freedom to customize your routines.
