i usually ordered from restaurants which are within 5-7km radius of my home. but it takes approximately 90mins after placing orders..60mins if im lucky. brunei is small, it wouldnt take more than 30mins to pickup and deliver foods..this is not only 1 time experience..i ordered so many times..nope, no improvement..

Gomamam used to be the best delivery app in Brunei when they just started back in 2020. They were very helpful in delivering a good quality delivery service.

However, as of now, the quality of their service has been going down the hill. It has been this way since last year.

The people around me, including colleagues, classmates, friends and family and even people from the internet, keep voicing out their criticisms regarding this company’s service quality. But I choose to ignore them as ‘Ignorance is a Bliss.’, so the society said.

Truthfully said, I had a small amount of hope that maybe this company will show an improvement this year, giving me a reason to keep using their services. But unfortunately, there has been zero improvement made by the team.

To end this review, I would like to express my gratitudes to Gomamam for your service, even the bad ones, delivering my meals through the darkness of the night, treacherous storms, scorching sunny days and many more.

Ones hope, when the company read this review, they will start showing a sign of improvement, Ones then, will be smiling of joy and pride. But now, Ones shall say goodbye to this company’s delivery service.

Such a shame, they started out with commendable service quality and was really my go-to for food deliveries but its service just progressively worsens over time, even more so this year. Sometimes even if you start ordering at 10 am (since many businesses only open by then) they are already swamped with orders 🙄🙄🙄 thats such a loss for vendors. I understand that traffic has picked up significantly but there has been ample of time for them to improve their service to respond to the explosive demand — the lack improvement is just disappointing and seem to signal the lack of urgency and care towards meeting customers expectations. Sure the interface is nicer than others but if I cant order then what for meh?
