Lots of things can be considered for improvement:
1) There needs to be an option to save credit card details to make bill payments easier. I tried to use the self-service to set up my card details, but it doesn’t work.
2) Would be good to have a historical trend of the user’s internet usage over time. Even the bills don’t have the usage information. I swear the previous version of the app has this function.
3) The “Bills” and “Payments” tabs at the bottom seem redundant as they both provide the same information. Could have been combined. In fact the “Overview” and “Services” tabs could have been combined too.
4) There is no way for passwords to be changed/updated in the app.
5) Would be nice to have a “comparison page” for all the different packages that Imagine provides compared to the current package.

App does not work with my Iphone 12 and ipad pro. Ive only managed tp access my account using my safari browser pasal kan bayar bill. It shows nothing (payment records are lost, no options for data top-ups, upgrade subscription) but only to pay bill. Very laggy and buggy. UI is not that great. Hope this is looked into. im gonna give this a temporary pass due to its just recently been launched. Guess someone up there mau capat2 launch untuk ambil nama tapi product fail to deliver. Lol.

Customer service experience is very bad. Internet service always got issues, call customer service is really a disaster, hope they will have more trained staff. The App also very lousy....if we have other option, we definitely choose other options. But i guess that's why Imagine doesn't care about their service quality....because u don't have any more options.
