Olive Pro 4+

I am unable to complete the third step to finish registering my Olive Pro account. The app keeps on crashing and I have to login over and over again. I guess I’ll have to go to Tamwil BIBD and pay at the counter.

I used Olive for the very first time recently and it’s amazing that their eKYC technology lets me open an account, apply for financing or do transactions digitally without having to be physically present at the counters. Who doesn’t dream of all this? Especially when work life gets in the way or if i just want to avoid the queues at Bibdattamwil. The bibdattamwil representative did the process through the olive app accordingly and voila, it’s done. Very efficient and fast - With no hassles.

I can also check my remaining loan payments for my vehicle and consumer products. Tracking is easy too with the app. So, well done, BIBDAtTamwil for these amazing efforts.

I have entered my credentials and taking photos for godsake how many times already and still it says “doesn’t match” and can’t even go through submit button once I clicked few drop downs boxes. It can’t even verify my profile photo with the one in IC. The AI is rubbish. It’s a lousy app. I guess I can’t secure my financial mgmt with this app now. Seriously, technicians, please study or maintain this app!
