Description
The PDS Vista app provides secure, mobile access to your Vista human resources, benefits and payroll application wherever you are.
Employees can easily access your benefit and dependent information, request time off, view pay checks, enter time, and view available jobs. You’ll be able to quickly view the company directory, company documents, benefit carriers, calendars, and organization charts, for example.
In addition, managers have access to their employee’s requests and can approve pending leave requests, process performance reviews, approve time for the pay period, access their recruiting activity and view dashboards and reports illustrating data within their span of control.
