Ordered my food yesterday and did not receive any messages except the day after along with a misscall asking for my proof of payment.
The fact that i DID NOT receive any food and being texted the day after instead is something to think twice about when ordering thru it cause the customer support is really not it.
Important buttons wasn’t working right. Couldn’t even check my order, my profile and everything and I’m not the only one trying to figure out, there were 3 of us. Not even a personnel from the app texted about it on the day itself but THE DAY AFTER. Not even listening to what i’m trying to say and complain about the app except about sending him payments.

Not recommended, the delivery is way too slow, as the driver usually deliver few orders at one go
Easy & super efficient!
I love how well informed I am of the status of my order & I am able to view the real time location of the driver as well - something which I have been looking for in other delivery apps so kudos to you guys for making it a reality for me! Haha Also, I love how the delivery rates are affordable as well & there’s just so many options to choose from. Great job!
