An alright game but need improvements. Like a LOT

Ok firstly let me say I'm level 17 so I might not be experience of the higher levels. What I'm writing is based on what I have seen so far. As I said, the game is ok but it has some problems with the design of it.
1) color war is unbalanced. I'm in light blue and our score is the lowest compare to the others. You can't swap or do anything to push up the points
2) loading screen is annoying. Everytime I open the game, I have to go through the loading screen. If you play bloodborne, you'll understand.
3) once you start a fight, you can't retreat. It be better if you can but at a penalty.
4) music.... I think there is about 4 or 5 music..... Needs more variety
5) the defense design is bad. I don't see why I can't design how I want my defense to be. I literally can rekt any levels above mine with just careful planning and movement. I can get a s rank easy with just a mercenaries gunner.
6) increasing the base doesn't mean anything. The design looks different but in the end, it's still the same as the first. I might be wrong with this one but that's what I see

Anyway if you are looking for a game that is like clash of clans but easier and more fair ( you control your units )but broken ( bad design ), this is basically it.
