Description
WorksPad X: A New Generation of Corporate Mobile Workspace

The updated WorksPad X app is a modern mobile client for working within the corporate ecosystem.
WorksPad X allows you to work with emails and calendars, manage contacts, use corporate address books, receive and edit documents, and view files on internal corporate resources. Corporate data remains securely protected thanks to a wide range of customizable policies.
You can also synchronize documents from a selected folder on your computer with WorksPad X mobile clients. Contact your administrator to obtain the desktop agent.
Additionally, WorksPad X offers a chat-bot client for working with micro-applications via WorksPad Assistant.
Important: The functionality of WorksPad X may vary depending on your organization’s settings, as well as the data protection level and restrictions set by your administrator.
We guarantee a high level of security for your corporate information and strive to make the app as user-friendly as possible.

Mail
• Added the ability to edit documents from attachments (a folder selection prompt will appear upon exit)
• Added PDF attachments markup (the modified file will be saved in \LocalBox\Downloads)
• Moved the delete action to the toolbar for multi-selecting emails (to enable multi-selection, tap on the sender’s avatar or long press the email)
• Email search: you can now search by keywords, subject, sender, recipient, attachment presence, and read status (go to Mail > Magnifying glass icon > “Filters” button)
• Email search: added folder search by name when filtering (Search > “Inbox” or Search > Filters > Folder, tap on folder name)
• Email creation: incorrectly entered recipient address is no longer deleted but highlighted in red
• Made the meeting link in invitation emails clickable
Calendar
• Implemented the display of multiple calendars on one screen (Side menu > Tap the circle next to the calendar name to toggle event display for that calendar)
• Event creation: you can now select a calendar - tap on the calendar name at the top
• Event creation: added the option to set a reminder time
• Event creation: participants can be moved between required and optional by drag-n-drop
• Event creation: all-day events can now be created
• Calendar notification settings: you can now set default notification settings for newly created events
• Calendar notification settings: you can choose which calendars will send notifications (including shared calendars with extended access rights)
• Implemented regular background calendar updates (notifications are now more accurate)
• Fixed a bug where notifications for canceled events were still being sent
Contacts
• Significantly improved loading of large corporate address books
• In address books, you can still create emails, events, or initiate calls. For example, quickly booking meeting rooms by creating events from Contacts > Corporate address books
• Caller ID: added support for CallerID for corporate books (number identification must be enabled in iOS settings)
Files
• Added Copy/Move files and folders from network sources to LocalBox
• Added the ability to make handwritten notes on PDF files using standard iOS tools (the modified file will be saved in \LocalBox\Downloads)
• Added support for viewing .xodt files
• Saved EML files can now be opened for viewing
Browser
• Added browsing history
• Added page refresh by swiping down from the top edge of the screen
• Fixed clipboard paste issue in the browser
• Added support for watermarks in the browser
• Added autofill for credentials of HTTP-authentication (Basic, NTLM)
• Supported Negotiate authorization
• Other fixes and improvements
