Insight Timer isn’t just about meditation. It’s a community too. You can interact with the teachers and your fellow students from within the app, and there are thousands of discussion groups to choose from, covering topics such as mental health, anxiety and grief.

You don’t have to take part in the groups if you don’t want to, but there are lots of supportive people there if you do.
