3. 빈테이블에 대기 손님 배정
4. 대기 손님 배정시 해당 손님에게 큐니 푸시메시지 및 카카오톡 메시지로 테이블 배정 알림
5. 대기 손님에게 카카오톡 메시지 보내기
6. 대기열에서 대기 손님 삭제
