Set a time to receive a reminder push notification if you want and application will send you a notification on recurring days.

See how you are on schedule on the calendar view of task, on which days you completed it and on which days you missed it. See how many times you completed a task.

Went to gym every day for a month? Well done, you will see a all green month! Missed it for a couple days? You will feel guilty for those red days.
