Prior to going onsite, field agents can connect with customers by phone, text or Video Assist and conduct pre-visit diagnostics to ensure they arrive equipped with the parts and knowledge to successfully complete the job during the first visit. If needed, the field agent can use TrackHelp Pro to collaborate with other field agents, the team manager or the dispatcher.

Field Service Agents can view their field assignments, have access to their calendars and execute various tasks that drive service resolution.
