-Beneficios solo para pasajeros
-App obliga a tomar pedidos
-No toma en cuenta las tarifas vigentes en la ciudad
-GPS desactualizado
-Cambia el nombre de las calles y avenidas
-Muy poco tiempo para llegar al punto de partida
- Tiempo de espera muy largo impago
- Descuuentos sin consultar al conductor
- Pagos con targeta debería ser opcional
