Wonderful app with poor assistance to users

It has everything I’ve been searching. It’s cute, useful, have a pretty cool pomodoro timer, tracks your productivity BUT they don’t have contact with the users, the websites are off, and if you have any problems, it’s easier to left and search for another app than have any assistence from them. Otherwise, its very good.
