Weak app with T&C trial to collect money
I never thought in these days a (modern app) company do not check my logs to check about if I used the services and just talk about T&C s to explain why they not cancel and not refund me. I’m feeling robbed. When I tried to use it as I was obligated to keep the services I just sow a very poor service about foods that is about to create a fit master of kitchen in a very weak anaminesis that do not consider Who I really are, and when I cancelled the subscription one of the motives is about to eating out, this app has a very wrong briefing about their purpose. This is a simple “Trial get easy money by very well entended possible customer”, congrats about your sales strategy as You are “collecting” for “not T&Cs reader” the money You cannot achieve with a poor app idea. Sadly I was one of them. I just remember if You want to create a great company look at Amazon services as refference. I feel so sad to have companies like this in 2017. What make more upset was when I cancelled and could be noticed all process to people that had the some problem than I pass through, very well structured, even better than pictures of food How has no time to cook or even be influenced to make.
Ps: sorry my english, but this app only support a few languages and probably is not worry about this.

I'm very sorry you were charged unexpectedly. I'm afraid the trial period is automatically charged if you don't cancel it within the required number of days, not on whether you have used the app or not. Similarly, we are unable to process refunds for these, but I assure you, we do care about our users. Perhaps you'd like to reach out to our Support Team again?
