Unless they fix whatever bug is locking players out.
The game is actually very good and my kids were enjoying it very much. However, after a couple of days playing and building up her avatar, one of my kids got locked out of the game, meaning it won’t load on her avatar. The other one is playing normally. Despite explaining this to support, and that I have tried to load the game across different devices and systems, support was very generic on their advice - for example, telling me to clean out cache files and check the firewall (the game WAS loading on one avatar, the problem was exclusive for the other). After days trying to get help from support, they sent me an email saying many people were having the same problem and that they did not have a solution, so to wait for an update to the app. Very frustrating. My kid made a new avatar, only to get locked out again.
