Não consigo fazer Cadastro

Entrei no App, mas quando aperto em “Send Data” diz que aconteceu um Erro Interno. Pensei que era minha net, mas minha net tá boa hj. Tô querendo aprender mais o Inglês, vim pelo Kai.Aline hehe
