Stopped to receive daily free minutes

It worked pretty well for over a year than out of the blue I couldn’t receive my free daily bonus. (Minutes). When I click an ad pops up but no free minutes. It’s pretty frustrating. Now I’m gonna see ads for nothing? No way José!
