●[Fixed] When the APP clicks to share through files, the background is open and the file cannot be uploaded manually.
●[Fixed] The problem of being unable to share files with third-party software when the APP is open in the background

No Ipad Air não abre.

1. Detailed operation steps
2. The date/time of occurrence
3. Screenshots of any error messages
4. Model name and OS version

This will help us to better understand and resolve the issue.

It simply does not work anymore !!

I paid for anual WebStorage , and I cant send even a small file to the cloud !

It crashes all the time .

It stopped working.

iPhone 7 - 14.5.1 App doesn't open, it just closes without loading.

i followed the step by step you recommended, disinstalled the app, reboot the app, reboot the app, but when you try to log in, the message comes up: “to carry…”.
