Why is Beyond so important?
- We don't glamorize fitness. It's simple, and that's how it should be. This isn't a dance routine or 10 minutes of cardio to get abs or a butt. This is REAL work with REAL trainers getting REAL results for their clients.

Can I use Beyond even if I'm not local to a trainer?
- Yes! We have online training available. You'll schedule with your coach whenever works for both of you, and then your coach will assist you virtually whether that is: motivating you, correcting you form, or just chatting about overall training/nutrition strategy.

Do I need to sign up for a personal trainer to use Beyond?
- No, you can access our library of trainer content for free and even use that to build your own custom workouts. However, having someone motivate, inform, correct, and encourage your progress is well worth consideration.
