They send rotten products and deactivate your account if you ask to return

My original review is below. After escalating the issue and finally getting the return picked up, they haven’t issued the refund. I escalated again. Received BB basket credits and after that I goT a call from customer support telling me they are DEACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT.
Found several reviews of the same on the internet. BIg basket is a fraudulent company illegally deactivating the accounts of every customer who asks for a return / refund of rotten items they send.

Original review:

I decided to give a second chance to this company after they sent me rotten fish. Well, to no surprise, now they sent me rotten fruits. They alloted a return pick up ONLY FOR NEXT DAY, more than 24h after delivery. No one came to pick up. It is now 39°C in my kitchen, the fruits started growing mold. The worst company EVER. There is no customer support. I hope you go out of business soon
