So far, the old app is better

Some problems that I faced since the launch:

- account deactivated because the app took a very old credit card information, instead the same one that I was using in the last app and always worked.

- the bike that is showed in the app and is in front me can’t be unlocked because of some reason. The app says “bike unavailable, try another one”.

After a while, I could unlock the bike being far away from it, trying by chance. This seems very unsafe.

- I subscribed to the monthly plan, which theoretically allows you to use the bike 4 times a day during one month. In the day after my purchase, I realised that was charged for the subscription and for the ride I did after that, which doesn’t seem right.

Very frustrating. I used to love bleeper because it always made my life easier.

Hi Amanda, thank you for your feedback and sorry you've had some issues with the new app. I think we can solve all of them for you so please get in touch with our customer care team via the in-app 'Contact Us' button. Choose the 'Chat' function and then select Option F 'Other'. Paste your comments above in that chat window and we'll try to resolve any issues you are facing.
