It allows an individual to chose from dozens of pre-made breathing patterns/routines or edit/ create their own custom multi-step routines. Users can set practice preferences including sounds and or haptics. The App also provides a variety of tools to measure and track results over time. The breath Pro App also runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch so regardless of when or where you choose to practice you will always have access to your digital breath coach. The breatheX App also shares data between all your devices when you are logged into iCloud.

Versão 1.7.1

Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.
