Description
With Call a Bike, you are spontaneously and flexibly mobile around the clock. Whether you're on your way to work, after work or on a city trip, with Call a Bike you can rent a bike at any time and anywhere in Germany.
A total of 13,000 bikes are available in over 80 cities. You can also use the app to hire a bike from StadtRAD Hamburg and Lüneburg as well as RegioRadStuttgart.
All bikes are displayed on an interactive map in the app. You can rent them using the QR code or by entering the bike number.
You can pause your journey: simply activate it in the app and close the bike lock.
To return the bike, take it to one of the Call a Bike stations that you can find on the interactive map in the app.
You can view the details and costs of your journeys in your bookings at any time. You can also redeem voucher codes, report damage and manage your customer account here.

Here’s what we’ve improved for you:
- You can now discover our bikes even when you are not logged into the app.
- The route to a selected station near you is displayed on the map.
- With our new widgets, you can find bikes near you directly on your home screen. (iOS 17 or later required, the app must be opened at least once beforehand)
- Bug fixes and stability improvements

The App is quite buggy : /
Unfortunately most of the time i use it i face problems. Be it login time, loading times, or trying to unlock a bike. I sometimes wonder if the app has a day-off on Sundays. I’m currently trying to change my password via an Auth email. I’ve waited more than 24h for it and it has not arrived yet (yes i did check my spam box). It’s a shame since the bikes are great, and when the app does work its quite pleasant and straightforward. But i’ll have to stick with the less buggy MVGO app for now.

Pior experiência que já tive na vida, aplicativo lento e complicado de mexer, uma enrola enorme para conseguir pagar. O meu deu um erro, botei vários cartões para pagar e não descontou nada, agora chegou um e-mail pedindo para transferir pra conta dele se não vão tomar providências, como a culpa fosse minha, fora os juros que vou pagar.😡
