1. Re-login to Apple Store with the Apple ID you made the purchase with. Go to the Settings window of the app and click to the “Restore Purchase” button with the internet connection ON. Your purchase should appear after that.
2. If it doesn’t work, please reinstall the app and do Step 1. If the above doesn't help, please send us the electronic receipt from App Store (purchase details should be visible) to info@playandlearn.games and we will look at it from our end.
