Description
ClinEasy is a cloud based medical record system on which doctors can create their patient lists. Lists can be used individually by doctors or used as shared patient lists with colleagues in the same medical team. Once a list is created, it is highly customizable to suit your clinical environment. Customization includes ward names, tags for filtering patients, clinical note or procedure templates, to name a few. Patients can be added as either inpatients or outpatients depending on the appropriate scenario and can be instantly transferred between the two as is clinically appropriate. The best of its kind
This is a great app and the best of its kind. It should be considered adding a field for current and previous medications, as well as one for goals and one for Conducts for each examination (other than the jobs). A table of laboratory results would also be great for comparison.
