Doesn't open on iPhone

The app itself is amazing, but it stopped working a few months ago, I've deleted and downloaded it again a few times, and I can't find information anywhere on how to fix it.

It’s not working anymore

I love the app so much, nothing to complain about except the fact that 2 months ago it stopped working. I tried everything, deleting it, updates, Wi-Fi, phone data and still nothing. Says there’s trouble connecting.
Such a shame, I loved it :(
