Nice idea but needs improvement
The KPIs shown in the app are nice: heather or not the array is started, storage capacity/available, which dockers and VMs are online… but it lacks polishing:
- the app doesn’t find my server if I’m accessing through my VPN (from outside my home);
- there is no feedback from the buttons, like to following:
- when you click VMs or Dockers, it gives you a black screen, if you wait enough you will find out if there are any, but you don’t know whether the app is loading or it has lost connection to the server;
- same thing when trying to restart a docker container or a VM: the button doesn’t change color when clicking nor vibrates, so you don’t know whether the command went through or not;
- the main screen stats (CPU load/temperature and Fan speed), also do not update constantly (not even if you scroll down to refresh), so you can’t make much use of it;
- when my server is down, the app does not point it out to me, I have to try accessing it through the browser to know whether or not it is up.
