NÃO ESTA CAPTURANDO AS TELAS DO IPHONE

Tornou (NADA) para mim este app, pois esta com bug na hora de capturar a tela, diz que a imagem da tela não é compatível! Enviei email, mensagem e simplesmente não existe nenhum suporte (pós venda) !
