Card registration gives error in iOS

When I try to register my card (first time) the app gives “Unable to read response” message. Then I receive a SMS with a messed up OTP (not readable code) but I don’t have any place to insert it and then the process keep in this endless loop. It is happening for more than a year now, so I applyied for the card but cannot use it since 1 year ago.
