It’s not good

I bought a SIM card with validity until April 27, but stopped to work. The recharge is not reflected and I can not access the Etisalat app because it’s like my number doesn’t exist. How can I receive my cash from the recharge back?

Robbery

Stupid app has no security whatsoever. You kid can go and purchase thousands of aed in “addons” and “deals” with no confirmation from no one multiple times and the company offers no support or refund on these cases.
