ESK App is an online internal player’s health app of Eczacıbaşı Sports Club (ESK), offering players of ESK the opportunity to share data about their health in a more personal way and coaches the opportunity to accurately assess and improve the performance of players individually.

Through this app, the players of ESK can only inform the technical staff of ESK about factors which may affect their performance: sleeping pattern, level of stress, level of energy, mood, injury, premenstrual phase etc.

Players can create an account and start answering questions regarding their health on a scale varying from “too bad” to “excellent”. These answers are reported on a weekly and monthly basis. Coaches can categorize and evaluate this data, and get notified in case of a negativity.
