We've made some improvements and fixed a few bugs to make our app even easier to use.
We've updated our app so, if you book to travel from today, our tickets are now more flexible than ever before. And from 04 November, you’ll be able to travel in our new travel classes: Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus, and Eurostar Premier.

I can’t change my e-mail address
When I try to change my e-mail address, this App don’t send the confirmation code to the new address. This has been happening since the last january, and I don’t have success in changing. Otherwise, I can’t register my phone number in my Personal Informations. When I try, the App confirms the operation but in then next access my phone number is not there, only the note that says “invalid format”, and the field is empty. How can I do the changings? Eurostar App doesn’t show any phone or e-mail contact to the customer.
I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I’m used to travel by Eurostar now and then. Please, correct these App errors!
