In Austria, you can take out liability and legal insurance with Getsafe.

In the United Kingdom, we offer home insurance as well as buildings and contents insurance.

Th Worst, Please don’t Buy

I chose to buy the liability insurance from get safe which was the worst decision ever. I needed the insurance to guarantee the rental of a loft in Germany - I payed for the insurance, and when it came to the time to get my documents, I had to download the app. I downloaded the app and it asks me to confirm my cellphone number with a code, but it never sent a code - however it says that I already used all my codes and I should try later. I’ve been trying for two days straight now and nothing changes. I tried to contact them via Instagram but they said they are only social media and should call a German number. I am from abroad so I can’t call a German number. I tried to reach support on the website but the website is down. Totally a scam please don’t buy this.

Just Doesnt work and no support.

I couldnt upload a claim on the app, so the support team told me to update. Now i cant even open the app and my dental bill payment date is about to expire. Tried to contact Getsafe, but no answer. And now i need to pay 2 more years of this non-working app.

Slower, as full of bureacracy as regular insurance, has not got you covered at all

it has been a fair amount of weeks I filed my claim and I kept being asked the very same questions and being overwhelmed with more bureaucracy than a regular insurance service, which turned out to be quite slow, painful and unpleasant. They also only forward you documentation in german, not caring whether you understand or not. Bottom line, hidious experience. Pick regular insurance over it all the way
