EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have ordered through their app a few times and, even though they might make a couple of mistakes every once in a while, their customer’s service is flawless and rapidly fix the problem. I have even received a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience along with complementary itens 🥰 love love love ❤️

Excellent service!

I’ve downloaded the app because of Instagram advertise and when I first ordered my groceries I never expected that they would actually make the 10 minutes delivery” as promised, it was happy surprise. If the assortment grows I don’t see me going to supermarket anymore, 100% sure. Also… Apple Pay ❤️Apple Sign In ❤️ and a super small detail but very nice: “haptics” when you select stuff in the app.

Wrong delivery and there’s no Customer Service

I made a purchase on Gorillas and received it 39 minutes later - with more than half of my items missing. Since that, I’m trying to get in touch with their Customer Service, unsuccessfully. If I click on “need help” I get a “401 - unauthorized” error. I sent an email 3 days ago to complain and it was ignored.

If you are reading this and considering Gorillas, I would recommend you to try out other, more serious players (there are at least 3 more options)
