Best app ever to use in Thailand

Many cars available at any time and app also has a translator Thai / English to communicate with the drivers.

The app became useless

Two or three weeks ago I was paying with my card for Grab rides. Every few weeks I replace the digital card and so this is what I did today.
This time, Grab app will not let me add the card. It is a card from the same issuer, same brand, same setup. It is not possible to use it anymore.
Is it possible to talk to someone at Grab? NO. They only have a bunch of very basic help articles and that’s all.

I tried to add 9,900 pesos to Grab Wallet

Grab has no humans working to solve problems. They deducted 9,999 pesos from my account and I can't get the money back. They didn't even add it to the Grab Wallet. Bunch of thieves.
