Check whether the device is disconnected: Open the device list on the left side of the APP, expand the group to check whether the device is disconnected. If disconnected, click Connect. 2. The device cannot be found in the device list: first open the APP, restart the power of the device, and then check again whether the device exists in the device list and is connected. 3. Restore factory settings: Disconnect the power supply of the device 7-8 times (the power can be disconnected again after each light on), until the color of the device indicator changes, please check again whether the device is listed in the device. 4. If you still can’t find the device, please contact the merchant。
Some devices in the APP can set a password to prevent other mobile phones from connecting to your device. First confirm that the APP is connected to the device, and then press and hold the device to see if it responds. If a pop-up window appears, please manually change the initial password. If other phones want to connect to your device, you need to enter the correct password before connecting and controlling the device. If there is no pop-up window, you can only disconnect the power to connect or use the remote control to control the device. This issue only applies to certain devices. After changing the password, if there is no password, other people will not be able to connect to your device.
