Low video quality
I don’t get why the images quality are so poor. I really like to watch the news, although since I became a regular subscriber the videos freezes, the app works awful and make me wonder whether to proceed or not paying for this kind of service. And just to point out, I have high speed connection, an iPhone X, MacBook Pro,but nothing seems to help getting the quality I think we deserve. Too bad!
Awesome, but...
I24news is one of the best news channel nowadays and its app is equally awesome.
But there're two little problems that bothers a lot:
1) sharing button doesn't work well despite it has a good size, one must touch exactly a little point in de button to be able to share a new;
2) when a breaking news notification pops up on the screen and you open it, it directs the user to a page with only the head news. And nothing happens if you click this head news. Then, if you really want detailed information about that particular news, you have to search all over the app for it which is not very clever and takes a lot of time.
